Artists

Matt Star - In 2006 he released his first record “The Art of M” on Weave Music. And just at its predecessor “Anin, the records were played by many well-known Djs. Matt Star describes his musical style as follows: “Everything I like or Microphunk“. He plays everything from Ambient and Trip Hop stuff to rather hard Techno – everything he likes, depending on the mood. But in the clubs he mostly goes ahead in a pretty strict and determined way: “it’s got to make people dance! it has to be groovy!”

Nima Gorji – Nima has carved his own way in the music world across continents. Achieving great success in Scandinavia through his own production as Black Powder, and events as Verydisco, he finally settle down in ibiza in 2005. Regularly playing in clubs like Space and Pacha, he has gone on to be nominated as Best Ibiza DJ of the DJ Awards in 2007 and in 2008. But of course you can always find him spin the desks at his favorite Underground Ibiza.

Jens ZImmermann – “Normally, I produce my music during the night therefore you should listen to it during the night” (Groove Magazine 111). Jens Zimmermann..s creed is clear: He feels most comfortable when the light is off, the fog-machine is rolling and he is able to generate his personal microcosm in order to stimulate the crowd euphorically.

London based Tim Green is one of those producers who doesn’t turn in a lot of filler tracks. For the most part when “TG” or Tim Green puts something out there, it has a strong sense of character and literally rocks a dancefloor to its core. There are few artists on the planet that are able to traverse genres and release music for such a wide range of labels, yet still have their own unique sound, Many world’s leading labels have recognized this, with Tim signing tracks and remixes on the likes of Get Physical, Cocoon, Dirtybird, Renaissance, Four:Twenty, Trapez, Cr2, Sci-tec, Southern Fried, Trapez and many more. Singles such as ‘Kitch-In’ ‘Mr.Dry’ ‘Revox’ & ‘Exercise’ have become anthems in the house and techno scene over the past 2 years. Whilst a string of high profile remixes for the likes of Tiefschwarz, Cassius, Claude Von Stroke, The Audio Bullys, Steve Lawler, Radioclit and more have further helped establish Tim as one of the most talked about producers of the past 2 years.

29 year old LEON from Italy is a man that has been making major waves in the house scene since his breakthrough at the beginning of 2009. Bursting onto the scene with a bang, LEON has carved out quite a reputation in such a short period of time., and this looks set to grow and grow. Releases for Steve Lawler’s Viva imprint kicked things off, followed by releases with Nick Curly’s much talked about Cecille label in Manheim, and the highly successful ReBirth records in Italy as well as remixes for artists such as Audiofly, Felipe Velenzuela & Ali Nasser. If that wasn’t enough Leon’s track ‘Rain In Rio’ was recently licensed to Cocoon’s ‘Green & Blue compilation’.
